Rajeev Dubey of Mahindra & Mahindra to deliver Convocation address

The 22nd Annual Convocation of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDM-IMD) will be held on March 24 at 3pm at the Institute Campus on Chamundi Hill Road, Siddarthanagar.

Rajeev Dubey, Group President – HR & Corporate Services, CEO – Aftermarket Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra, will be the chief guest and deliver the Convocation address.

The Institute will be awarding Post-Graduate Diploma in Management to eligible students of 2015-2017 batch. Students who have excelled in the areas of specialisation and the Overall Performance will be receiving Gold Medals from the chief guest.

Dr. N.R. Parasuraman, Director of the Institute, will be presenting the Annual Report of the Institute.

Profile: Rajeev Dubey, who is on the Boards of several Group companies including Mahindra Ugine Steel, Mahindra Intertrade, Mahindra First Choice, Mahindra Steel Service Centre, and Mahindra Retail, is also the Chairman of Mahindra Insurance Brokers and Mahindra First Choice Services.

In addition, he is Chairman of the Sustainability Council and CSR Council, and a Member of the Corporate Governance Cell, of the Group.

His key focus areas are HR and IR initiatives for the Mahindra Group, the After-Market business vertical, Corporate Communications and Corporate Infrastructure & Services.

Dubey joined Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in January 2004 after a career spanning 29 years in the Tata Group, of which 7 years were as Managing Director and CEO first of Tata Metaliks and then of Rallis India.
