Another suspected Dengue death in city

Mysuru: It seems the scare of spread of Dengue continues to loom large in the district despite continued effort by the civic authorities to arrest the spread of the deadly disease.

A six-year-old boy Manish Raj Urs from S. Doddapura village in T. Narasipur taluk, who was admitted to a private hospital in city last week for suspected Dengue reportedly died yesterday.

It is learnt that it is the sixth fatal case of suspected dengue in last one week. Now the situation has to be viewed seriously by health officials to instil confidence among the residents otherwise the panic would continue, says city residents.
