Awareness programme on ‘Anti-ragging and Narcotics’

Mysuru – A special awareness programme for students on ‘Anti-ragging and Narcotics’ in association with Karnataka State Police Department, Metagalli Police Station, Mysuru, was organised at the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management,  Pooja Bhagavat Memorial Mahajana PG Centre, Mysuru, recently.

Sub-Inspector Vishwanath delivered the presentation on the topic appealing students to inculcate moral and social responsibility to combat the issue and he assured all support from the Police Department in matters pertaining to vigilance and protection.

Over 200 students attended the session. Prof. S.R.S. Khadri, Director, Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management and the Police team from Metagalli Station were present on the occasion.

Usha Rani, HoD, MTA Department, welcomed. George Jaison, HoD, BTH Department, proposed a vote of thanks, according to a press release.
