Bengaluru techie saved from drowning in sea

Mangaluru:  A techie from Bengaluru was saved from drowning in the sea near Mangaluru this morning.

Bharath,  a resident of KR Puram in Bengaluru, is the one who survived.

Bharath, who was part of a 7- member team of software engineers, went for a swim in Surathkal beach, when he washed away by a strong current of waves.

He was struggling to save himself by holding on to a rock, when sea divers, who noticed the techie, rescued him, it is learnt.
