March 4, 2017

A two-day Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) State-level Workshop for Post-Graduate and Research students, began at Cauvery auditorium in KSOU campus, Muktagangothri, here this morning.

Veteran Littérateur Dr. C.P. Krishnakumar (CPK) inaugurated the workshop by lighting a lamp.

Stressing on the need for building intellectualism among students, Dr. CPK exhorted the student fraternity to develop a positive mindset in tackling the problems that have been haunting the country for long.

Flower petals were showered on the portraits of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Swami Vivekananda and Goddess Saraswathi on the occasion.

ABVP National General Secretary Vinay Bidare, State President Dr. Allama Prabhu, Jagadish Mane of Karnatak University – Dharwad, GSS Foundation Head Srihari and others were present.
