Intl. Yoga camp for foreign nationals begins

The five-day International Yoga Camp, organised for foreign nationals by Patanjali Yoga Shikshana Samithi, Mysuru, began at the Regional Telecom Training Centre (RTTC) in TK Layout here this morning. Speaking after inaugurating the yoga camp, Srikanta, Principal of RTTC, spoke about the importance of yoga in everyday life and called upon everyone to practice yoga for good health. About 108 foreign nationals from 56 countries are participating in the camp which will focus on Indian lifestyle among others.

Janardhan, Professor of Botany, University of Mysore, Ramaswamy, Founder of Patanjali Yoga Shikshana Samithi, Mysuru, Gopalakrishna, Camp Officer, H.V. Rajeev, Trustee of Patanjali Yoga Shikshana Samithi and  Maruthi, Convener were present.
