Jayachamaraja Wadiyar’s bust to be unveiled at JWGC on July 22

Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar will unveil the bust of late Maharaja Jayachamaraja Wadiyar at Jayachamaraja Wadiyar Golf Club (JWGC) in city on July 22  (Saturday) at 6.30 pm.

Addressing the press meet at Parthrakarthara Bhavan, this morning JWGC President Dr. M.S. Ranganath said that the bust was sculpted by Arun Yogiraj, who has also sculpted the statue of Jayachamaraja Wadiyar now installed at Hardinge Circle.

He added that the bust,  sculpted using a black marble was 2½ tall and the total height of the structure including the podium was 7 ½ ft.
