Man cheats bank of Rs. 40 lakh by creating fake documents

An incident of a man creating fake documents and cheating a bank of Rs. 40 lakh has been reported in city. The conman has been identified as Mansoor Ahmed and a complaint has been lodged at Saraswathipuram Police Station in this regard.

It is reported that Mansoor, who had applied for a loan for Rs. 74,32,062 at Axis Bank in Saraswathipuram, had created fake income documents and took a loan of Rs. 40,96,332 lakh and has not even paid a single instalment.

Bank Officer Harsha, who has lodged a complaint has sought action against Mansoor for cheating the bank.
