MCC to accept property tax on holidays

Mysuru: Although April 29 (Basava Jayanti) and April 30 (Sunday) have been declared public holidays, the MCC has decided to accept property tax from citizens on both days. Accordingly, the public can remit property tax on April 29 and 30 to avail 5 percent rebate. The public can also remit property tax in May and June too but with a rebate of only 2 percent.
