Rangayana touring wing to stage plays

Artistes of Yuva Sanchari Wing of Rangayana will be touring the State to stage the plays ‘Dindi’, ‘Sangya Balya’ and ‘Dharmapuriya Devadasi’ at various locations. The inauguration of the tour programme will be done by actor Mandya Ramesh on Mar. 19 at 6 pm at Vanaranga in Rangayana premises. Kannada and Culture Director K.A. Dayanand, Rangayana Deputy Director Nirmala Matapathi, Yuva Sanchari Wing Convenor Santosh Kumar Kusnoor will be present. Later, the artistes will stage the play ‘Dindi’ written by Chandrakanth Kusnoor. The team will be staging the plays from Mar.19 to May 31 at Mysuru, Chamarajanagar, Mandya, Bengaluru, Kolar, Tiptur, Chitradurga, Tumari, Theerthahalli, Udupi, Subramanya, Puttur, Madikeri, Dharward, Gadag, Mudhol, Athani, Vijayapura, Kalaburagi, Bidar, Raichur and Ballari, according to a press release.
