Siddaganga Seer discharged

Bengaluru: Centenarian Siddaganga Mutt Seer Dr. Shivakumara Swamiji, who was admitted to BGS Global Hospital here on Friday following illness, was discharged from the Hospital today.

The Seer underwent a surgery for implantation of a metal stent and was discharged today, according to hospital sources.

The Seer was admitted to the Hospital last year too after he complained of illness.

Meanwhile, a host of political leaders including Chief Minister Siddharamaiah, State BJP Chief B.S. Yeddyurappa and JD(S) supremo and former PM H.D. Deve Gowda visited the hospital yesterday and enquired about the Seer’s health.
