Sringeri Mutt Seers on a three-day visit to Mysuru

Sringeri Sharada Peetham Senior Pontiff Sri Bharathi Theertha Swamiji and Sri Vidushekhara Bharathi Swamiji will arrive in Mysuru tomorrow at 5 pm as  part of their three-day visit to city.

Addressing press persons at Pathrakarthara Bhavan yesterday, Mysuru City and District Brahmana Sangha President D.T. Prakash said that the Swamijis would be given a grand traditional welcome through ‘Shoba Yatre’ from Mysore Palace premises to Shankara Mutt premises in Fort Mohalla followed by Dhooli Pada Puja in the presence of Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar.  They will perform special puja to Lord Chandramouleshwara at the Mutt premises at 8.30 pm.

On Mar. 12, the Seers will be available for public darshan between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm. They will take part in Guruvandana programme at 5.30 pm and perform puja to Chandramouleshwara at 8.30 pm.

The Seers will again give public darshan between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm on Mar. 13 before heading to Hebbasur in Chamarajanagar
