Suppress urine stench around Lansdowne building

March 9, 2017

Sir,

The Clean City tag for Mysuru is deserved for many reasons but not for few reasons.  Some  aspects  lets down  the criteria at many places.  The entire  stretch of Lansdowne building (backside) wall  on 1st Cross, Jaganmohan Palace Road, is spilled with nauseous urine slush. Public are using this wall exclusively for urinating  purpose.

The semi-finished work of  brick built toilet by MCC  stopped a  few months back. As a result it has become an ordeal for nearby shop owners and visitors to bear the stench.

Will the MCC attend to this  unfinished  work?  Preferably  toilet at both ends of the wall is required since public may not use,  if  available only at one end.

MCC  is  requested  to keep the  entire stretch clean and tidy since  this  road  is also used by many foreigners.
