Two-wheeler lifter held: Three vehicles worth Rs. 1.5 lakh recovered

Mysuru: The City Crime Branch (CCB) Police on May 16, took a person into their custody who was trying to sell a Pulsar bike near BK Auto Consultant on Mission Hospital Road in Mandi Mohalla here.

On interrogating the person, the Police came to know that he along with another person had lifted two bikes in K.R. Police limits and another bike in Lakshmipuram Police limits, following which the Police arrested him and have launched a hunt to nab his accomplices who is absconding.

The accused has been identified as 20-year-old Syed Khasif, a resident of Neelakanta Nagar in Nanjangud.

Based on the information provided by the accused, the Police have recovered one TVS Apache bike, one Bajaj Pulsar bike and one Honda Dio scooter worth Rs. 1.5 lakh from him.
