Absence of netas irks audience at Hadapada Appanna Jayanti

Mysuru: The absence of all people representatives for the event led to a walkout by the audience at Hadapada Appanna Jayanti here this afternoon.

The Hadapada Appanna Jayanti celebration was jointly organised by the District Administration, Kannada and Culture Department and Hadapada Appanna Jayantotsava Samithi at Kalamandira today. As Writer C. Naganna was delivering the keynote address at the event, some in the audience, taking exception to the absence of netas walked out in protest against the neglect of Savita Samaja community.
