Anees Farooq (59), a Mechanical Engineer and a resident of Masjid-e-Bilal Road in Udayagiri, passed away yesterday morning in city.
He leaves behind his wife Prof. Safinaz, HOD of Urdu at Maharani’s College, one daughter, one son and a host of relatives and friends.
Namaz-e-Janaza will be performed today after Namaz-e-Asar (5 pm) at Masjid-e-Bilal, Udayagiri, followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle.
