Mysuru: Dr. J. Rajesh, Head, Department of Biochemistry, Yuvaraja’s College, University of Mysore, has been invited to participate in the ongoing two-day 3rd ISANH Middle East Antioxidants World Congress – Amman Antioxidants-2018 in Amman, Jordan. He will deliver a talk and present his research findings on protective role of Indian flaxseed bioactive components in several kidney disorders in general, and “Nephroprotective potential of flaxseed and its lignan Secoisolariciresinol diglucoside against HgC12- induced toxicity in Rats” in particular, during the event today.
The Congress is hosted by The Royal Scientific Society. The aim of ISANH Middle East Congress is to gather all stakeholders in the antioxidants field, having impact on nutrition and health, in the Middle East region. Academicians, Scientists, Physicians. Nutritionists and Professionals, working in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Food and Beverage, Biotechnology and Biochemical industries are participating in the event from around the globe.
The meeting will highlight the research work of the field, expand the network and connect engaged and motivated people in order to build a most prosperous Middle East. Its another aim is to benefit from the experience and expertise of one another by creating a regional network to exchange knowledge and how to do skills.
