Mysuru: The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies has stayed the disqualification of 11 Directors of Mysuru Co-operative Bank.
The Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies had disqualified the Bank President B.K. Prakash, Directors K. Umashankar, S. Somanna, SBM Manju, Bhagyamma, Rajeshwari, R. Ravikumar, Chouhalli Puttaswamy, C. Chandrashekar, Ramesh Gowda and Ramakrishnaiah on charges of irregularities. Later, B.K. Prakash and other Directors petitioned the Deputy Registrar questioning their disqualification. The Deputy Registrar after finding the charges against them as wrong, stayed the disqualification of Directors.
