Disturbing LED brake lights

December 5, 2017

Sir,

Of late we find many vehicles fitted with decorative LED strobe lights or flash lights connected to the brake. This type of LED lights emit a disturbing flash and causes uneasiness to  the drivers behind such flashing  brake lights.

Though it is illegal to have such disturbing lights, neither the Traffic Police nor the RTO authorities have ever taken this offense seriously.

When vehicles are checked for other routine violations, I request the authorities concerned to act against this nuisance also.

Very rightly said, these flashy lights are a huge disturbance for the driver in the vehicle behind. Thanks for raising the point and hope it gets banned and people understand the irritation it causes to others.
