Goshala set up in Kushalnagar

A Goshala to shelter, care and feed the cattle affected by floods is being set up near Kushalnagar Veterinary Department where a modern Jersey Bull Breeding Centre has come up. The public may contact the Deputy Director, Jersey Breeding Centre, Kudige, to donate dry and green grass and animal feed to the cattle. Those who are affected by floods and have cattle that have shortage of feed, suffered injuries and are in need of treatment may leave them at the Centre for free shelter and care. They may contact the Helpline: 08272-229449 or 282127.  The Jersey Breeding Centre may be contacted on Ph: 08276- 278248 or 229449 or Mob: 99016-68895 or 94490-58273, according to the Animal Husbandry Joint Director.
