Karbonn Smart KPL enters Mysuru leg

Mysuru: The second leg of Karbonn Smartphones Karnataka Premier League (KPL) powered by Cycle Pure Agarbathies will kick-off at the SDNR Wadiyar Stadium at Manasagangothri tomorrow with home team Mysuru Warriors taking on Bijapur Bulls.

Mysuru Warriors had a dream start by winning their opening match against Belagavi Panthers in a rain affected match at Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru yesterday.

The second-leg will be inaugurated by Dr. Pramoda Devi Wadiyar at 6 pm tomorrow. KSCA President Sanjay Desai, Hon. KSCA Mysuru Zone Chairman Sudhakar Rai, Mysuru Zone Convenor S. Balachandar will be present.

Arrangements have been made for about 7,000 spectators to watch the matches. The second-leg of the tournament will be held for nine days with 12 matches to be played at the SDNR Wadiyar Stadium.

The matches on Sept.8, Sept.9 and Sept.10 will have double-header matches which  will be played between 3 pm and 7 pm.  

Tickets are available near the Centenary Clock Tower at the Gangothri Glades and are priced at Rs. 50, Rs. 100 and Rs.250 on weekdays and Rs. 100, Rs. 150 and Rs. 200 on weekends.
