Senior members of the Bank felicitated
Mysuru: The Mysuru Merchants Co-operative Bank has announced a dividend of 25 percent to its shareholders.
Announcing this at the Bank’s Annual General Body (AGM) Meeting at a Convention Hall in J.P. Nagar here recently, the Bank’s General Manager (GM) said that the Bank had transacted a business of Rs. 5,431.30 crore in 2017-18.
Pointing out that the deposits collected amounted to Rs. 303.77 crore, he said that the Gross Profit of the Bank (2017-18) stood at Rs. 8,32,27,835 and the Net Profit was Rs. 5,27,83,483 after Income Tax Deduction of Rs. 3,04,44,352.
The GM further said that the dividend has been hiked to 25 percent this year from 20 percent announced last year.

A free health check up and eye screening camp too was organised for the Bank members on the occasion. Bank’s senior members Jalajakshi, K.S. Rathnamma, L. Rathnamma, P.L. Nagarathnamma, R.P. Venkatachalam, P. Puttanna, M. Bhojaraj, Dr. C. Shivaiah, N. Nagaraj, S. Nagaraj, B. Basavaraj, V. Pashupathi, G. Neelakanta Shetty, M. Venkatesh and R. Prasanna Gupta were felicitated. Bank Vice-President R. Anand welcomed. Director B.R. Nandeesh proposed a vote of thanks.
