During the Centenary Celebrations of Mysore University, the footpath in front of Crawford Hall was redone. The width was just enough for people to walk on it.
Recently in the name of road widening the width has been reduced so much that at places you can keep only a foot on the footpath to walk. Who is the architect/engineer of this unscientific work? This is another example to show how to waste public money.
The DC’s office is just a stone’s throw away from the spot. I request him to visit the place and instruct the authorities concerned to take corrective measures.
