Goju-Ryu Karate Do Academy Karnataka in association with Nehru Yuva Kendra will be organising 7th GKA Open National-level Karate Championship-2024 tomorow (Nov. 24) at Chamundi Vihar Indoor Stadium in Nazarbad. The tournament will be inaugurated by Shihan S. Parthiban, Chief Referee and Technical Director. Dhiraj Pawar, President, Union Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Federation of India, will be the chief guest. Abhishek S. Chavare, District Youth Officer, Nehru Yuva Kendra and Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports Assistant Director Bhaskar Naik will be the special guests.
Akhila Karnataka Sports Karate Association Vice-President Kyoshi N. Shankara, Mysuru Karate Association President Sensei S. Deepak Kumar, Karnataka Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Federation President Sensei Kashyapa Brahma, Secretary Sensei Yangaiah Thokala and Karate Instructor and Kannada Rajyotsava Awardee Sensei M. Sosale Siddaraju will be present.
