Mysore/Mysuru: Kumar Performing Arts Centre (KPAC), Mysuru, has organised the 15th Nirantara Kalemane Utsava on Sunday (Oct. 16) at 4.30 pm at Kalemane Sabhaangana in Hebbal here.
Jagannath Manvi, Sanskrit and Kannada teacher, Shree Mahaveer Jain Vidyalaya, Mysuru, will be the chief guest for the evening.
The Kalemane Utsava features many dance performances from different institutions — Bharatanatyam by Guru Vidwan M.D. Ganesh and Vidushi N.S. Bhavna and their disciples from Sri Ganeshavidyalaya, Nelamangala, Bengaluru; Guru Namana by the disciples of Guru Vidushi Prasannalakshmi Kaladhar, Shri Nrityaniketan, Mysuru; Bharatanatyam performance by the disciples of Guru Vidwan Tumkur Harish Raman, Shri Rajarajeshwari Nritya Kalamandir, Tumakuru. Nritya Sinchana by the disciples of Guru Vidushi T.S. Shreelakshmi Kumar, Director, Shri Uma Maheshwara Nritya Kalakshetra, Mysuru; Nupur-Nada performance by the disciples of Guru Vidushi Tanuja Jain of Mahavira Lalitha Kala Academy, Bengaluru.
