Dolphin Aquatics with some splendid performance in the men’s (11 gold, 2 silver and 11 bronze medals) and women’s section (22 gold, 12 silver & 3 bronze medals), clinched the overall championship title with 465 points at the 2nd SFI All-India Inter-Club Swimming Competition 2017 organised by Karnataka Swimming Association at the Chamundi Vihar Stadium here yesterday. Basavangudi Aquatic Centre finished runner-up with 354 points.
Aaryan Bhosale and Swadesh Mondal (both of SGTIDM) shared the Individual title in the group 2 boys section with 28 points each. Anubab Parashar and Sahil Laskar (both of Dolphin Aquatics) shared the individual title in the group 3 boys section with 21 points. Basit Ahmed of Sivasagar Swimming Society won the individual title in the group 4 boys section.
Suvarna C. Baskar of Dolphin Aquatics won the Individual title in the group 2 girls section with 28 points. Nina Venkatesh and A. Jedidah (both of Dolphin Aquatics) shared the Individual title in the group 3 girls section. Ridhima Veerendrakumar of Basavangudi Aquatic Centre with 21 points won the group 4 girls individual title.
