Mysuru: The Office of the Assistant Commissioner (AC), Mysuru Sub-Division, has asked the investors who have made fixed deposits/ recurring deposits/ monthly chits in Green Buds Agro Farms (P) Ltd., to submit all documents pertaining to their investment, at the AC’s Office in city before Dec. 27.
The documents, in original, are to be presented in Courts, as criminal cases have been registered against the company in Law Courts at Mysuru, Chamarajanagar, Mandya, Kodagu, Davangere and Koppal districts, for default in repayment of invested money to the depositors.
The investors should submit bonds, pass book and other documents issued by Green Buds and also details of the money invested and withdrawal, if any, for filing of claims. For details, contact Ph: 0821-2422100.
