‘Achievement needs time management, discipline’

Mysuru: Air Deccan Founder Capt. G.R. Gopinath has given a clarion call to the students to imbibe values and principles to achieve the aim in life. He was addressing the students, after receiving the guard of honour, during the 72nd College Day Field Display at the premises of Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala, Yadavagiri, in the city yesterday.

“Swami Vivekananda strongly propagated Indian tradition and values, in his address at various platforms across the globe. Especially, Swami Vivekananda’s message on leveraging youth power is considered as a beacon of light for the students aiming to achieve in their life,” he said.

Recalling his stint in armed forces, Capt. G.R. Gopinath said, those were the days when priority was given for time management and discipline. Similar qualities can be found in the students of Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala. The students should make use of the opportunities that come in their way during their school days to reach the aim they have set in their life.

The parade led by Parade Commander Likith Raj Urs attracted the gathering. Certificates were distributed to the students who had taken part in various sports.
