Mysuru: The Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of Al-Mamoor Women’s Charitable Trust was held at Abids Convention Centre in city recently.
The programme began with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Nigar Fathima while Tahmena explained its meaning. Tahseen Viqar, Joint Secretary of the Trust, welcomed.
Trust Secretary Salma Subhan presented the report for 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 highlighting the initiative taken by the Trust in starting the Victory First Grade College at MESCO Campus. Treasurer Arshiya Khader Sait presented the financial report.
Trust President Dr. Ulfath Fathima presided.
On the occasion, a book authored by Trust’s Vice-President Dr. Nayeema Banu was released.
Dr Ulfath Fathima, in her address reminded the gathering about the book ‘Kalaam e Ilahi,’ written by her late sister Azmath Fathima in 2010 which will be launched. Former Vice-President of the Trust Tayyaba Anjum was felicitated following the release of her book on ‘Seerath Un Nabi’ last year.
The AGM concluded with Dua e Noor by Aaliya and Aasiya and vote of thanks by Trust member Raheema Sulthana.
