Mysuru: The 106th Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of the Muslim Co-operative Bank Limited was held virtually at the Bank’s head office on New Sayyaji Rao Road, opposite old RMC on Sunday.
The AGM began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Hazrath Moulana Hafiz-o-Qari Inayath Ur Rahman, Rizivi, Khateeb & Imam of Masjid-e-Aqsa, Gumbad-e-Shahi, Srirangapatna.
Bank Vice-President Ahmed Saleem Ahmed welcomed the share holders and Bank Directors. In-Charge Manager of the Bank’s Main Branch Mohamed Khaleel Ulla Shariff read the notice of the 106th AGM and proceedings of the previous AGM.
Later, Bank President Dr. Abdul Ravoof, presented the Directors’ Report for the year 2020-21 along with the Audited Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account and Audit Report for the year 2020-21 and got the approval for distribution of Profit and Budget for the year 2021-22.
Dr. Abdul Ravoof requested the share holders of the Bank to continue their support in overall development of the Bank.
Bank Director Mohamed Akram (Shan) proposed a vote of thanks. All Bank Directors were present.
