Mysuru lad G. Manish, a student of Sapient PU College and a product of Mysore Tennis Club, won U-18 Boys Singles title in the AITA Championship Series U-18 Tennis Tournament held at Bengaluru. He beat Shashank Narde 9-1 in the finals on Monday.
In the semi-finals, Manish got the better of Joivawovic Andrej 9-7 and in the quarter-finals, he beat Ronin 8-1. In pre-quarters, Manish got the better of Bhuvan Prakash 8-2 to progress further.
