Ananthapadmanabha (56), an employee of Central Sericulture Department at K.R. Pet and a resident of Vidyaranyapuram, passed away this morning at a private hospital in city following brief illness.
He leaves behind his wife, two sons and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
