The following individuals/ institutions have adopted the animals of Mysuru Zoo under ‘Adoption of Animals’ scheme by paying the adoption fee: Tanush Bhaumik, Bengaluru – Salmon-crested Cockatoo (Rs. 5,000), G.L. Rajesh, Bengaluru – Rhesus Macaque (Rs. 5,000), Sowrabha G. Gudadawar, Hassan – Peacock (Rs. 3,500), according to a press release from the Zoo Director.
