The following individuals / institutions have adopted the animals of Mysuru Zoo under ‘Adoption of Animals’ scheme by paying the adoption fee: Dr. M. Shivamallesh, Mysuru – White Peacock & Mandarin Duck (Rs. 5,500), Lions Club of Mysore South, Agrahara, Mysuru – Budgerigar, Love Birds, Cockatiel, Red Avadavat, Finch and White-throated Munia (Rs. 6,000), Manjula, AEE, Bengaluru – White Peacock (Rs. 3,500), according to a press release from the Zoo Executive Director.
