Aniruddh asks Vishnu fans to follow the late actor’s ideals

Mysore/Mysuru: Kannada film actor Aniruddh inaugurated a health check-up camp organised to commemorate the death anniversary of popular sandal-wood star Dr. Vishnuvardhan, at the late actor’s Memorial at Udbur, near city recently.

Speaking after inaugurating, actor Aniruddh, who is the son-in-law of Dr. Vishnuvardhan, said that Vishnuvardhan was doing social service as an actor. He never used to speak about the help he offered to the needy and had helped many poor people and organisations.

He appealed Vishnu fans and the general public to emulate Dr. Vishnuvardhan and help the needy. “Many people from Mysuru and surrounding areas are participating in this big health check-up camp being organised by the Rotary Club and are donating blood for free. The blood collected here will be given free to those who need them,” added Aniruddh and congratulated all office-bearers of Rotary for organising the camp.

Bengaluru District Rotary Governor V. Sreenivasa Murthy, Mysore District Governor H.R. Keshav, Past District Governor L. Nagendra Prasad, Rotarians Murali and Selvakumar were present.

Heads of city’s Suyog Hospital, JSS Hospital, Red Cross and Narayana Hospital, who extended support to organise the camp were felicitated  with mementos.
