Anjaneyaswamy procession in city tomorrow

Mysore/Mysuru: As part of Hanuma Jayanti, the Hanumanthotsava Samiti will be taking out a grand procession of Anjaneyaswamy in city tomorrow (Dec.30).

Addressing a press meet here yesterday, Samiti Convenor Sanjay said that the procession will be launched from Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple at the Palace North Gate at 11.20 am.

The procession will pass through Ashoka Road, Irwin Road, Sayyaji Rao Road, D. Devaraj Urs Road, Narayana Shastry Road and Chamaraja Double Road before culminating at Gun House Circle.

With the inauguration of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya to take place on Jan. 22, the procession will also feature a tableau of Ram Mandir, he said and appealed the public to take part in large numbers. Posters were released on the occasion.

Samiti members Jeevan, Kumar, Abhilash, Mohan Santosh and Nitin were present.
