Vishwanath will inaugurate the programme. Kanteerava Studios former Chairperson Vijayalakshmi Urs will preside. Mysuru District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President Maddikere Gopal will release the felicitation volume on H.M.T. Lingaraje Urs, former President of Ursu Mandali, marking his 70th birthday.
