Annual Feast of Infant Jesus at Pushpashrama on Jan. 4

3-day spiritual preparation from Jan. 1

Mysore/Mysuru: The Annual Feast of the Infant Jesus at Pushpashrama in R.S. Naidu Nagar will be celebrated on Jan. 4 with the theme ‘Eucharist – A Highway to Heaven.’

The Solemn Festal Mass to be held at 4.30 pm will be presided by Bishop of Mysuru Most Rev. Dr. Francis Serrao SJ. The feast will be preceded by Flag Hoisting and Eucharistic Celebration on Jan. 1 at 8 am, marking the spiritual beginning of the feast.

A three-day spiritual preparation (Triduum) will be observed from Jan. 1 to 3, centred on prayer, healing and renewal.

Morning Mass: 8 am – English (Jan. 1) and 6.30 am – English (Jan. 2 and 3).

Evening Services: 5 pm – Tamil (Jan 1, 2 and 3) and 6 pm – Kannada (Jan 1 to 3).

Special Devotions: Thursday: 7 pm – Healing Adoration; Friday: 7 pm – Adoration and Saturday: 7 pm – Praise & Worship

Feast day Mass on Jan. 4: 6.30 am – Malayalam, 8 am – English, 9.15 am – Konkani, 10.30 am – Tamil, 12 noon – Kannada, 1 pm – Healing Prayer Service, 4.30 pm – Kannada (Solemn Festal Mass) by Bishop of Mysuru Most Rev. Dr. Francis Serrao SJ and 6.30 pm – Solemn Car Procession.
