Mysore/Mysuru: The annual Sandal Urus Shariff of Hazarath Imam Sha Wali, was held at the Darga Shrine on Krishna Vilas Road in Devaraja Mohalla under the Management of Muthawali Darga and Sajjad Nasheen Mohammed Naqeebulla Sha Khadree after Maghrib Salath on Saturday evening in city.
Fatha Khawni, Darud-o-Salam were performed and Sandal paste and flower mat (Chadar) were offered to the Shrine.
Ulmas, Darvesh, Mushayiqin and devotees took part and the Management had organised mass feeding (Tabruk) to the devotees from across the State.
Mohammed Naqeebulla Sha Khadree of Muthawali Darga felicitated Ulmas and prominent persons including Mysuru City (District) Wakf Board Chairman Gayaz Ahmed. Jashne Eid Meelad-Un-Nabi, the Birthday of Prophet Muhammad, was celebrated after Friday (Mar. 17) prayer at 3 pm. Fatha Khawni, Darud-o-Salam, Emotional Duwa were offered and the Management had organised Tabruk to the devotees, who participated in large numbers.
