Just days after she was conferred with the prestigious ‘Amma’ award by a Sedam-based (Kalaburagi district) Trust, city-based writer Suchitra Hegde has bagged another award given by Dharwad’s Bhumi Pratishtana and Sattur’s Aravala Pratishtana. Suchitra’s travelogue ‘Jagava Suttuva Maaye’ has been selected for ‘Sahitya Puraskara.’ Her travelogue was considered as the best among ten entries selected by the Pratishtana.
