Mysuru: The District Administration, in association with District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Zilla Panchayat (ZP), Woman and Child Development Department, the Department of Public Instruction, Police Department, Social Welfare Department, Labour Department, District Labour Planning Society and Child Helpline, will observe ‘World Day Against Child Labour’ at a programme to take place at Maharaja’s PU College premises on JLB Road at 11 am tomorrow.
Prior to the start of the programme, Senior Civil Judge K.K. Amarnath will flag off a rally of school students from the City Bus Stand at 9.30 am.
DC G. Lakshmikanth Reddy will preside. City Police Commissioner Seema Latkar, SP N. Vishnuvardhana, ZP CEO S. Ukesh Kumar, MCC Commissioner Shaikh Tanveer Asif, ADC Dr. P. Shivaraju, MDA Commissioner (in-Charge) K.R. Rakshith and other officials will be present.
