Mysuru: In a bid to ease pressure on Traffic Police in controlling traffic in city, a Traffic Warden organisation has been formed with 25 people registering their names for the first batch and 19 people registering for the second batch.
Applications are now invited for selection of voluntary Traffic Wardens posts from residents to help Traffic Police in controlling traffic at various points in city.
The candidates should be Indian citizens, aged between 18 and 60 years, should have a minimum qualification of SSLC or equivalent, should be residents of Mysuru, should be physically fit to manage traffic and should not have any criminal background.
Applications can be obtained from the Traffic Warden organisation situated in K.R. Traffic Police Station premises on JLB Road.
