Mysore/Mysuru: Prof. R. Rajanna, faculty of the Department of History, University of Mysore (UoM), has been appointed as the new Registrar of Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) in Mysuru. The post had fallen vacant after Prof. Lingaraj Gandhi was appointed as the Vice-Chancellor of Bangalore City University recently.
Prof. Rajanna has the experience of serving as Registrar of UoM three times previously, including twice as Registrar (Administration) and once as Registrar (Evaluation).
