Writer Siddanakoppalu Kumar will be conferred with the State-level ‘Akshara Naada Kautilya’ award in consideration of his achievements, writings and social service, at the ‘Kavi, Kavya, Katha Sangama’ programme organised by Akshara Nada Publications at the District Kannada Sahitya Parishat premises in Vijayanagar 1st Stage, Mysuru, tomorrow (Aug. 4) between 9.30 am to 4 pm.
