Bengaluru-based Ajithkumar Smaraka Samskrithika Vedike, in memory of Ajithkumar, presented the National Award “Ajithsree Santana-2021” to Dr. Vasundhara Doraswamy for her outstanding contribution to the field of Bharathanatya at a function held at Kondajji Basappa Auditorium, Bharat Scouts and Guides premises, Bengaluru, on Dec.11. The award comprised a citation, a medal and a cash prize of Rs.50,000. She is seen with former Minister P.G.R. Sindhya, chief patron, former Speaker Dr. B.L. Shankar, President of the Association and former External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna.
