Mysore/Mysuru: As part of Crime Prevention Month, an awareness programme was held at Farooqia Pharmacy College in Mysuru by Mandi Police Station Inspector S. Nagesh.
Students from Farooqia Pharmacy College, Farooqia Boys High School and Farooqia College of Paramedical Sciences attended.
H.D. Anand Kumar, retired Public Prosecutor, spoke on the significance of education, importance of curbing drugs and of the well-being of the society.
Inspector Nagesh advised the students to stay away from bad elements of the society and also to inform him if any such illegal activities take place near their institution premises.
Nabeel Mohamed Khan, Hon. Secretary, Tagore English School, Police Sub-Inspector Vishwanath, Bhagat, Director of Farooqia Pharmacy College and others were present.
