B. Basavaiah, President of Naagarika Vedike and Director of Maruleshwara Temple, passed away yesterday evening in city.
Son of Angadi Siddappa and a resident of K.G. Koppal, Basavaiah leaves behind his wife, two sons, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at K.G. Koppal Burial Grounds in city this noon.
