B. Varadaraju (56), proprietor of Samara Associates and a resident of Nazarbad, passed away yesterday night in city.
He leaves behind his wife, one son, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at his native place Sagara in Shivamogga this afternoon.
