Mysore/Mysuru: Varuna Government College Political Science Department faculty Dr. Lokesh has bagged the Best Teacher Award given by Institute of Scholars. Dr. Lokesh, a resident of Yadavagiri in city, joined Government service in 1994 and has been serving at Varuna Government College in Mysuru taluk since 2006.
Dr. Lokesh, an alumnus of University of Mysore, had passed out MA in Political Science by securing 5th rank and bagged third rank in M.Ed. After completing his studies, he served at Vanivilas Girls College and St. Joseph’s College in the city for a brief period before joining Government service.
