Mysore/Mysuru: A huge banyan tree located between a hotel and a two-wheeler showroom on Sayyaji Rao Road suddenly caught fire on Monday evening causing tension for some time.
Soon, fire personnel from the Bannimantap Fire Station, led by Fire Station Officer M. Shivaswamy rushed to the spot, managed to douse the fire and prevent it from spreading further.
